Cancellations are allowed up to one (1) hour before the appointment start time. Any cancellation less than one (1) hour from appointment start time will forfeit any prepaid fees (if applicable). Customers with repeated late cancellations may be restricted from scheduling services with Busy Bee Secretarial Services in the future. All services are non-refundable.
